Middle Project Manager
26 Lines Of Code is looking for an independent Middle Project Manager who is ready to take real ownership of delivery — including fixed-price projects, shared teams, and dynamic priorities.
This role is not a coordinator position. We expect a PM who can make decisions, manage constraints, and keep projects moving forward without constant supervision.
Responsibilities

Own project delivery end-to-end: scope, timeline, communication, and outcomes
Manage fixed-price and T&M projects, balancing scope, roadmap, and budget limitations
Independently run client communication and expectation management
Plan delivery considering shared developers across multiple projects
Adjust plans proactively when priorities or resources change
Maintain Jira structure, backlog clarity, and delivery visibility
Identify risks early and drive practical solutions


Requirements:
3+ years of Project Management experience in IT outsourcing/outstaffing
Proven experience delivering fixed-price projects within budget constraints
Ability to plan roadmaps under limited or shared resources
Strong ownership mindset and decision-making skills
Comfortable working in fast-changing delivery environments
Solid Agile practices and confident Jira usage
English — Upper-Intermediate+

Nice to have:
Experience with AI, SaaS, or CRM products
Technical background or strong system thinking
Experience working with distributed teams across time zones
