26 Lines of Code is looking for an independent Middle Project Manager ready to take real ownership of delivery - including fixed-price projects, shared teams and dynamic priorities.
This is not a coordinator position. We expect a PM who makes decisions, manages constraints and keeps projects moving without constant supervision.
What you will do
- Own delivery end to end: scope, timeline, communication and outcomes
- Run fixed-price and T&M projects, balancing scope, roadmap and budget
- Lead client communication and expectations on your own
- Plan delivery with developers shared across several projects
- Adjust plans early when priorities or resources change
- Keep Jira structured, the backlog clear and delivery visible
- Spot risks early and drive practical solutions
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management in IT outsourcing or outstaffing
- Proven fixed-price delivery within budget
- Roadmap planning under limited or shared resources
- Strong ownership and decision-making
- At home in fast-changing delivery
- Solid Agile practice and confident Jira
- English Upper-Intermediate or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with AI, SaaS or CRM products
- A technical background or strong systems thinking
- Distributed teams across time zones
