Each service has three answers: its timeline, its payment and your way out. Anything not covered here goes into your estimate, free and in writing, before any contract.
Websites from $499
Timeline. The first version 5 business days after the payment and your materials; most sites go live within two weeks.
Payment. $499, paid upfront. Hosting and support: $29 a month, billed annually ($348) after the handover.
Your way out. If we miss the date set in your contract, we refund the $499 in full.

Hosting and support, $29 a month
Timeline. Set up within 5 business days. Have a site already? We look at it first, and if it fits, we move it to us and rebuild it with AI for the price of the plan.
Payment. Billed annually ($348) after the handover, and renewed each year; to stop, email us at least 30 days before the renewal date.
Your way out. You pay only after the handover, so until then you can stop at no cost.
Where it applies: IT Maintenance & Support, Website Maintenance.
Staff augmentation, from $35 an hour
Timeline. Candidates and the start usually within a week of your request.
Payment. No upfront payment: you pay for the hours worked, at the rate of each role.
Your way out. The first week is on us: if it does not work for you, you stop and do not pay for it. Anyone who is not a fit is replaced at no cost.
Where it applies: Staff Augmentation.
Apps, MVPs and outsourced development
Timeline. A working demo two weeks after the start, then every two weeks; the release date is in the estimate.
Payment. No upfront payment, as on all outsourced development and staff augmentation: every two weeks for delivered work, or by milestones on a fixed price.
Your way out. The first week is on us: if it does not work for you, you stop and do not pay for it.

Cloud, cybersecurity and compliance
Timeline. The dates are in the estimate, agreed before work starts.
