What the client needed
Accounting and legal support for Ukrainian sole proprietors and companies: a deadline calendar you can subscribe to, three tax calculators and 19 service pages in three languages.
The firm had a theme-based site that search engines could not place. The goal: an entrepreneur finds the site through a deadline or an amount, gets an exact answer from a tool, subscribes to the deadline calendar, comes back every quarter - and asks for help when the task gets harder.

- As a sole proprietor, I want my tax deadlines and amounts in my phone's calendar, so that I never pay a fine for a missed date.

Key challenges
What made it hard
- 01Numbers you cannot get wrong. No rate is hard-coded; editing one unpublishes it until it is confirmed again, and without confirmed rates the calculators hide instead of showing an empty answer.
- 02Deadlines are legal rules, not dates. "By the 20th" and "within 40 days after the quarter" give different days, and weekends move reports later but payments earlier.
- 03Moving a domain with search history. Indexing opened at the switch and the old URLs got permanent redirects, so rankings carried over.
